This is an update to our previous notification. We are continuing to experience intermittent load issues due to a degraded database server. We have failed over all traffic to the remaining servers while we address the problem. At this time, admin logins are still offline to minimize the load on the database in an effort to ensure that front end pages are loading.
We are continuing to take appropriate actions to restore full service as quickly as possible. We will provide another update by 4:30 pm today.
