The AMP Email platform will undergo a routine maintenance/upgrade window on Saturday, May 20th. The maintenance window will run from 9:00 am to 11:00 am EDT. During this time, scheduled mailings may not run and you may be unable to log into the platform. Once complete, all email schedules should resume
Please do not contact the After Hours Service to report email outages during this maintenance time. If you are still having issues with the platform after 12:00 noon EDT, then you should escalate per the information on our Contact Us page.
