FAQ

Below are commonly asked questions concerning AMP Research.  Should you still have questions, our Help Desk can help you find the answers.

General Questions

I’ve syndicated a survey to all my sites, is there an easy way to find the URL for each site’s version of the survey?

Yes! From the Immediate Insights home page in the Triton Admin on the Home ORG, click on the name of your survey.   In the new menu, click Promote and you will be redirected to the Publishing section.  You can find the Syndicated Survey URLs within the Publish Options.

Can I get notified when a member opts-in to be contacted?

Yes! Within the Question Management section on the Opt-In Question page during the survey set-up, you will see Email Notification fields at the bottom of the page.  Check the box labeled “Notify an administrator when someone opts in” and enter your email address in the field below.

Can I embed a survey within my website?

Yes!  From the Immediate Insights home page in the Triton Admin, click on the name of your survey.  In the new menu, click Promote and you will be redirected to the Publishing section.  At top, click on the View button next to “Get Microsite Code”.  In the resulting window you will find the embed code needed to paste into your website HTML.  Advanced knowledge of HTML is highly recommended.

During setup, there is an authentication option titled “Demographic Information.” What does that mean?

The Demographic Information authentication option only collects the date of birth, gender and postal code information of the user.
