Getting Started

Getting Started with Mobile Xpress Manager is simple.  You will be contact by your Digital Services Manager to set up a Kick Off Call to get started.  In the Implementation process, you will review:

Mobile Xpress Messenger Kick-off Call Agenda:

  • Introduction of Triton Digital team and your station staff
  • Sign-Up Form Questions:  Review and Finalize
  • Security Information:  Choose username/password
  • Mobile Opt-In:  Choosing your best Unique Station Identifier
  • Discuss MT limits
  • Discuss station-generated messages, listener-generated messages and MT limits
  • Shortcode Selection
  • Name of Text Club (ex.  WAAA Mobile Club)
  • Incorporation with Stickyfish or Fan Club
  • Domain/Email address associated with your text club
  • Contact information for station webmaster
  • Timeline to go live with MXM
  • Schedule training time
