AMP CMS Login Issues – Resolved | August 07, 2017

The earlier AMP CMS login issues were resolved as of 11:00 am.  Please let us know if you continue to see any errors.

Update 4 – AMP CMS Issues – Online and Stable | June 01, 2017

All,

As of 1:30 am EDT, all AMP CMS sites are online and serving traffic.  We will continue to monitor the service throughout the night.

This will be the final update for tonight unless we experience any set backs on the recovery.  I don’t anticipate that happening.

Thank you again for your continued patience.  We will be conducting a thorough review of the service interruption over the next few days to determine long term corrective action.

Update 3 – AMP CMS Issues | May 31, 2017

All,

Per my earlier notice below, we are beginning to test the first restoration method.  These changes will be fully tested in an offline environment before we attempt to place the sites back online.  If that testing is successful, we will then deploy to the production environment and service will be restored.

We also continue to test the second path in the event the above updates do not fully correct the issues.  In either case, I will provide additional updates in the next few hours.

Update 2 – AMP CMS Ongoing Issues | May 31, 2017

All,

I wanted to take a moment to update you regarding the current availability of your AMP CMS website. First, I would like to apologize for the interruptions you have experienced today. This is certainly not the level of service you have come to expect from Triton Digital.

At this time we have all teams actively engaged in restoring service. We are working on parallel paths forward to ensure when sites are put back online they will remain so. I will continue to provide regular updates throughout the evening as we make progress on these action paths. At this time, I do not have an ETA on resolution.

Again, please accept my sincere apology for the ongoing issues.
